Kali Yoga is a deep and transformative practice for women who feel accumulated tension, anger, emotional suppression, or inner pressure. It creates a safe space to:
- release emotions through the body
- let go of inner blocks
- move stagnant energy
- reconnect with personal strength and clarity
The practice includes:
- strong, grounding movements
- breathing techniques
- voice activation (when comfortable)
- conscious emotional release through movement and breath
Kali Yoga helps women:
- free themselves from suppressed anger
- stop storing emotions inside the body
- reconnect with healthy boundaries and inner power
- return to peace through expression rather than suppression
This is a powerful yet deeply liberating and healing experience.
Participants are invited to bring their own yoga mats (5 spare mats available) and a bottle of water.
