Kali Yoga – A Practice for Releasing Anger and Inner Tension

Kali Yoga is a deep and transformative practice for women who feel accumulated tension, anger, emotional suppression, or inner pressure. It creates a safe space to:

  • release emotions through the body
  • let go of inner blocks
  • move stagnant energy
  • reconnect with personal strength and clarity

The practice includes:

  • strong, grounding movements
  • breathing techniques
  • voice activation (when comfortable)
  • conscious emotional release through movement and breath

Kali Yoga helps women:

  • free themselves from suppressed anger
  • stop storing emotions inside the body
  • reconnect with healthy boundaries and inner power
  • return to peace through expression rather than suppression

This is a powerful yet deeply liberating and healing experience.

Participants are invited to bring their own yoga mats (5 spare mats available) and a bottle of water.
