Yin Yoga in a sound of singing bowls

During the practice, with the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, focusing on the breath, we will allow the body to open up, the mind to calm down, and we will learn to take our time, to accept, to be.

Played by Živilė, a yoga teacher and sound journey guide, founder of Samana Rituals, the bowls date back more than a century. The singing bowls contain stories of the past - testimonies of the positive effects of therapy. You will feel this special energy yourself as you embark on a journey of sound.

Tibetan singing bowls are instruments with a therapeutic effect: their vibrations have a relaxing effect on the whole body, relieving stress and helping to bring the body back to its natural, balanced state.

Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practice that aims to deeply relax the body and mind. Long held postures help to stretch the deep muscles and connective tissues. This practice promotes awareness and inner peace, and helps to create a deep connection with oneself.

Let's go deep inside ourselves in the combination of yin yoga and sound meditation.
