My name is Laima Rudinskaitė and I am an emotional release and awareness coach, a guide and a pathfinder, helping you to find your individual way to the freedom of being in your true self.

For the past 8 years, I have been guided by the Emotional Release technique, which I use as a basis for going through inner processes and accompanying others in personal sessions. I also enjoy sharing what I find value and expansion in: meditations, free dance, movement practices, acroyoga, cacao and fire rituals, inspirational texts and the wake-up calls of the podcast "On the Way Home".

About the practice: Feeling the value and power of feminine communion, the Naked Goddess Ritual came to me a couple of years ago through dance and meditation, with a very clear structure: meditative retreat, movement practice, and the naked ritual itself. I never reveal all the details, so that those who are experiencing the practice for the first time do not have unnecessary preconceptions and experience it in a more surrendered way.

But I can assure you that it is a gentle and natural practice of connecting with yourself, your senses and feelings, your body. It is also an experience of the sustaining power of communion, where seeing and feeling others transforms the image of self.
