Body consciousness practices are the link between the information of the body (the cell), which is often encoded at the level of sensations, images-metaphors, concepts or even personal legends about the self, and consciousness. Subconscious signs and clear answers. The unperceived, the misunderstood and the clear. The things you don't want to know and the obvious truths. It is a physical-movement practice. Quite simple. Everyone succeeds. Often unexpected 😊 in the results.
A practice in which we will experience ourselves in two dimensions: from the inside and from the outside at the same time as we breathe, think, feel and perceive with our body. One could say it is transcendence through the body, but that's a mouthful.
