ACCOMODATION

Make your own accommodation arrangements. We recommend bringing tents, mats and sleeping bags. If necessary, prepare rain protection. Also - follow us on social media where we announce glamping tent rentals!

REUSABLE UTENSILS

Bring your own reusable utensils (Plate, bowl, cup, cutlery). There are special places with running water in the festival area where you can conveniently wash them. This small but significant step will contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment and we invite all participants to join this initiative.

DRINKING WATER

There will be drinking water station, which provides clean, pure water. Please have a container to fill up.

ABOUT THE CHILDREN DURING THE FESTIVAL

Moon Gathering is a special occasion for women to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in a space of female communion, self-discovery and relaxation. We want this experience to be a memorable and blissful one for you, so we encourage women to consider leaving their children at home, with care.

This way, women can fully commit themselves to the activities, lectures and community support of the festival, without any extra worries.

We understand that this can be difficult, especially for mothers with young children. Therefore, we invite you to bring only girls or babies who are still breastfeeding.

We invite women to take advantage of this opportunity to experience the practices of the festival in a deeper way, with time and attention to themselves, their inner growth and relaxation.

HYGIENE

We encourage women to use the most natural hygiene products possible, especially during menstruation. We encourage the use of reusable pads and menstrual cups, which are better for the environment and your health. During the event, the toilets will be constantly replenished with clean water, which you can use for washing up.

Please try to use eco-friendly and natural hygiene products to avoid harming the environment and the river. Avoid synthetic products. Nature will take care of you if you take care of her.

PETS

We love animals very much, so if you're bringing your pet, please make sure they are safe and cared for. Please keep your dogs on a leash throughout the event so that they do not endanger other participants or animals and disturb the magical atmosphere. Please remember that animal welfare is your responsibility.

WEATHER

The weather during the event can vary, so be prepared for both rain and sun. Have clothes for both warm and cool weather.

CLEANLINESS

Cleanliness (ecology) is very important. Be conscious of your behaviour and be grateful for this opportunity to be in the embrace of nature. Let the Earth feel the touch of your love and leave it cleaner than you found it.

WASTE AND RECYCLING

Please separate your waste: plastics, paper and cans in the bins provided. Please be aware and responsible. If you see litter, pick it up, it is your small but important contribution to the protection of nature. If you bring glass containers, be careful not to let the shards of glass pose a risk. DON'T DROP YOUR CIGARETTE BUDS ON THE GROUND.

MOSQUITOES

There are many natural ways to repel mosquitoes: fresh lemon, natural incense, campfire smoke and essential oils. Mosquitoes do not like the smell of lemongrass, citronella and cloves. But it's best to ignore them - it really helps :)

TAKE CARE OF THE EVENT SPACE AS A SANCTUARY OF YOUR OWN HOME.

If you see litter, pick it up. Your contribution is very important.
